Your Life insurance should be reviewed annually. Here’s why:
- Make sure your life insurance beneficiary listing is up to date. This can change due to marriage, the birth of a child, or divorce.
- How will your life insurance work together with your Will or Trust to make sure that your loved ones are cared for financially?
- Do you need to increase your coverage? This might be the case because you’re making more money, have new debts, have more children, have new household expenses, or INFLATION.
- Your health may have improved, and you could get a lower rate. Maybe you quit smoking or lost weight.
- You may have lost coverage due to a loss of a job or a change in employer.
